HRDC Refunds

Prodesign Learning Centre is a MQA registered institution and all our training courses are MQA-approved.

Eligible employers may recover

75%

Consequently, all companies who contribute to the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) levy and who send trainees to any of our courses can recover up to 75% of the training costs.

Employer-sponsored training

The training is booked and paid for by the participating employer.

HRDC levy contributor

The employer contributes to the HRDC training levy scheme.

Approved training

The selected Prodesign course is approved for the applicable funding route.

The refund process

Steps to follow to get refunds

Before you submit

HRDC approval and the final refund amount are determined by HRDC. Please submit the required forms and documents through the official levy portal.

Before the training starts

The employer must complete HRDC Form G1 and send it to HRDC before the training begins.

After the training is complete

Complete HRDC Form G3 and submit it to HRDC together with the required supporting documents.

Include supporting documents

Attach copies of the invoice, receipt of payment and each individual certificate of attendance.
